Email Welcome Series Redesign Project

Our existing email Welcome Series for new subscribers was previously 5 emails long, overloaded with copy, and felt too chaotic for the clean, simplified voice of Melanie Casey.

Tasked with a redesign, my team researched competitor’s welcome series, cut down to 4 emails, and did a complete design overhaul with an emphasis on imagery over copy.
